The tax debtor, Tax Administration employees and related persons cannot buy; resale, lease, gift or use for their benefit is prohibited for one year. The winner must pay the price plus applicable VAT within eight days after receiving the sale record or loses the deposit and further eligibility. Other deposits are returned within eight days. The buyer pays and arranges collection, loading and transport. Inspection is available at the Sobovica warehouse on working days from 10:00 to 13:00 by prior arrangement and on the sale day.
