k. ú. Krsov, p.p.č. 388/2 Předmětem elektronické aukce je nemovitá věc: pozemek • pozemková parcela č. 388/2 o výměře 960 m2, ostatní plocha, ostatní komunikace, v k. ú. Krsov, obec Ostrov u Bezdružic, vedený u Katastrálního úřadu pro Plzeňský kraj, Katastrální pracoviště Plzeň – sever a zapsaný na LV č. 60000. Pozemek tvoří nezpevněnou cestu podél lesa cca 1,1 km východně od zastavěného území Krsova. Převzetí (převod vlastnického práva) Prohlídka předmětu aukce se neuskuteční, majetek je volně přístupný. Účast v elektronické aukci je možná pouze pro registrované uživatele Elektronického aukčního systému (dále jen „EAS“). Způsob registrace je uveden v Aukčním řádu zveřejněném na webových stránkách www.nabidkamajetku.gov.cz, na těchto webových stránkách je možné také registraci provést. Zároveň je podmínkou účasti složení částky na úhradu části kupní ceny (dále jen „kauce“) ve smyslu Čl. 5 odst. 2 písm. c) Aukčního řádu, a to ve výši 5.800,- Kč. Kauci lze složit pouze bezhotovostním převodem na účet č. 6015-24728311/0710 vedený u ČNB tak, aby byla připsána na účet Zadavatele aukce ve lhůtě do 9.11.2026. Jako variabilní symbol a specifický symbol každý uživatel uvede údaje, které jsou zaslány systémem po přihlášení se k elektronické aukci. V souladu s Aukčním řádem a Aukční vyhláškou může nabýt předmět aukce pouze ta osoba, která je účastníkem aukce a stane se Vítězem aukce.
