After the auction closes, the Embassy's auction team will contact the highest bidder by email to confirm attendance on the scheduled payment date. If the bidder cannot be reached or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the Embassy will disqualify/suspend the bidder and US Embassy will decide as per their convenience for this lot. Payment must be made to the U.S. Embassy Cashier at the Annex Compound on 18/09/2026 or 19/09/2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and all purchased lots must be collected the same day.
