Die Wohnung ist teilweise abgewohnt und sanierungsbedürftig. An den Außenecken einiger Räume wie Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind Schimmelspuren vorhanden. Diese sind vermutlich überwiegend auf Nutzungsfehler zurückzuführen. Weiters sind teilweise Risse im Putz sowie an den Fliesen in der Küche sichtbar.
